يتكون الفريق الاساسي من الاتي:
- مدير المعسكر
- مسؤل اداري
- مسؤل لوجستي
- مسؤل التقييم و المتابعة
يتكون الفريق الاداري علي الاقل من خمسة افراد:
- ممثلي المدربين (مطورى المنهاج)
- ادارة المعسكر
