The community area facilitator will be responsible for the management of the DECA com- munity area in coordination with the DECA Director. S/he will ensure a welcoming and comfortable space for the children, youth, and adults of the Moqattam community, as well as the Cairo community as a whole. S/he will work closely with the DECA Director on the community area activities and monitoring and evaluation. S/he will coordinate with the Program Manager and work with different facilitators implementing workshops con- ducted at DECA.
