warm up
Round and round
focusing on the rotational movement in the body
Circles with, head neck, shoulders arms elbows, rib cage, pelvis legs in hip joint, and feet.
In one direction and the other, circles around the joint then drawing circles in the space with these body parts
Roll the spin down and back up on counts, 8-4-2
Roll down walk onto the arms and lay down
And do some rolling on the floor
We start from side to side the full rolls
And rocking
We experiment with the action of rolling on different body parts
Individually and globally
