• Needs to know the different target audiences so can move forward with creating sponsorship packages - some anxiety as what will we do if the sponsorship efforts aren't successful?

• karim does not have this info or have a list of the needed materials

• Azza will be a good source of stats in the area

Ask shaimaa about the list of equipment for karim Give karim a document outlining what the space will be, what it is offering, target audiences, tentative calendar key messages

• Discussed soft launch - eg competitions
