Trainer should evaluate and observe the campers( behavior, skills , knowleged and values progress)
Trainer should be supervised by the camp monitoring and evalution person , or one of the core team members to supervise his or her skills, behavior and attituden with the campers and attitude in training or facilitating with children

Qualitative : the narrative the daily whether from the campers or the supervisor or from the trainer him or herself
Each camp staff should have his or her own folder than includes their application, expectation and fear or pre camp evaluation, and the during progress
Evaluation of the trainers is required for progress and for the trainers themselves to learn thing about themselves.
In the general staff meeting: we do general evaluation of things and concerns, and incase and an urging among the camp staff : example peer assist
