تقدم دِكّة أضِف ورشة رقص معاصر مع "رأفت بيومي" كل أحد وأربعاء من الساعة الخامسة مساءً حتى الثامنة مساءً.

تبدأ الورشة من ١٥ فبراير حتى ١٥ ابريل 2021.

آخر ميعاد للاشتراك يوم الأثنين ٨ فبراير 2021.

سن المشاركين من 18 سنة فما فوق

صُممت هذه الورشة للعمل على معرفة ديناميكية الحركة والعضلات الأساسية ومرونتها، وكيفية المزج ما بين التواصل العضلي العصبي والحركة. تبدأ الورشة بالتركيز على الإحماء وكيفية الحركة على الأرض وكيفية الوقوف والسقوط ونقل الوزن وكيفية تعامل الجسد مع الجاذبية. وبعدها يتم تطوير أفكار من المشاركين لإنتاج سكيتش راقص يتم عرضه في ٣٠ أبريل.

• تكلفة الاشتراك 3.000 جنيه مصري

التخفيضات:

• تخفيض 10% لتضبح القيمة 2700 جنيهًا

  في حالة الدفع مقدماً، تنتهي 25 يناير.

• تخفيض 30%؛ لتصبح القيمة 2550 جنيهًا

   في حالة اشتراك أخويين مشاركين، ويشمل التخفيض 15% لكل منهما.

• التقدم مفتوح لطلب منحة جزئية ( 25 - 50% تخفيض).

 ننظر في حالات استثنائية لطلب منحة كاملة بعد مقابلة شخصية.

ADEF's DECA presents a contemporary dancing workshop facilitated by Raafat Al Bayoumi on Sundays and Wednesdays from 5 - 8 pm starting from February 15 till April 15, 2021.

Registration Deadline: February 8, 2021.

participants' age range : 18+

The program is designed to work on the dynamic movement of your body, strengthen your core muscles and their flexibility, and how to connect and communicate between mind and body using certain physical movements. The workshops begin with body stretching and warmup, how to stand, fall, shift weight, and how the body deals with gravity, then afterward participants develop ideas to produce and perform dance sketches to be presented on April 30th.

• Workshop registration fee: 3000 LE.
• 10% Early Bird registration discount: 2700 LE (before January 25)
• 30% discount for siblings of 2 (15% discount for each person): 2550 LE/each person

 Application for 25 - 50% partial scholarships is open.

 Full scholarships are considered based upon personal interviews with applicants.
