سطر 248: − − =uploading a video= − − الان اضغط على لوجو الارشيف (او كلمة تصفح ) − الان نبدأ خطواط التفاعل مع الأرشيف و لنبدأ بشرح كيف تقوم برفع ملف − − * سجل دخول كمستخدم من (Sing up or Sign in-User) − * أدخل على قائمة(Edit-Upload Video---> Select Video) ثم قم باختيار الفيديو المطلوب رفعه على الأرشيف − * explaining the window generated containing the video info then hit upload video, loading par would appear showing the info of the progress of the encoding(it generates an encoded version of the video in .webm formate in same directory of original file, ask maysara to confirm-) then another progress bar will show & it'll start uploading − *after uploading you will see the "View Files" View, on the left side of the file you will see a turning wheel means the video is beeing proccessed, if u scroll to the right u will see the file parameters, the right hand menu is where you will add the initial info (henc, Item ID should be left, as it'll be generated by the archive inorder to use it later to move different files into one item) − *then switch to "View Info" to add further info about the video and your right hand u will find some technical info automatically generated about ur file & down there you can decide the rights level of your file (it can always be edited anytime) then go to the "Player View" where we can play your video − *in the "Player View" there's the setting button where you can change the resolution or download the file, you can toggle to full screen, scroll through the whole video from the timeline!! on the right hand side there is a menu where you can explain your video, add tags,cite info , this menu is the most important menu as its where the archive is being built & you enrich the archive experience − beside each item there's (I)click on it to start adding info (in player view it'll ask you to send you to the editor view where you can start adding info)* − − =Editing Video Info= − − "Edit View " the most important fields are (Keywords,Describtion & Transcripts ) explain what each is, by clicking on the "+" icon you can add multible keywords ; try to look as objectively as possible while filling the keywords − there are 3 views for the video ( Main View and another 2 small windows where you can choos to make small clips of your video − *explain how to make in & out (with mouse & or shortcuts ) − * explaing how keywords,transcript...... are related to the in & out points − *explain the search in the player view= clips search − *you can always edit the info you added by double clicking that info field − now simply explain "View clips" view − − =Lists= − − create new list (using main List menu in the GUI) explain the difference between, list,list from selection, smart list & smart list from results − create one list of each kind − as u see all list are personal − − *explain how to make a list featured − − *featured list has to have public items − *To create featured list, you have to be admin − *go to home page show featured list − − =moving files= − − there's another way to curate your files, lets talk about how move different files into the same item( kinda upload another video similar to piano dog) to show the idea − *explain item & item's ID − *take the ID from URL (first 2 capital letters after the main url of archive) go to the other video − *in the other video go to "View Files" view & enter ID of the Item u want to move ur file to & then click move file − *go to "View Player" and show how the archive is merging the files into one video − *explain how to detach a file from an item & Move to new item (set title, no need for ID) − − =embedding= − − go to "View Editor" − − set your out point, the In point will be where you stand on the time line − − hit the settings button on top left, choose embed selection − − explain the link, copy the link then post it or share it wherever you want (Kinda show and example on ur blog

نقوم بنسخ المعلومات الموجودة بتلك النافذة ونتجه للموقع الإلكتروني المطلوب وضع الفيديو به ونتجه إلى لوحة التحكم في الموقع أو المدونة ونتوجه لاختيار إضافة فيديو ونلصق الأكواد والروابط التي طلبنا نسخها من قبل. وبعد الموافقة على ما تم من خطوات يظهر لنا هذا الفيديو في المكان الذي تم اختياره ليظهر به، ونستطع تشغيله الآن كما هو واضح وبالطبع نستطع تشغيله على نظام الشاشة الكاملة، وكذلك تغيير كفاءة الصورة ودرجة نقاءها من هنا
