Regional experience is a plus. − Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken. − Major duties and responsibilities: − Assist the M&E Expert in reviewing, updating and maintaining the organisation’s monitoring and evaluation system, based on the organisation’s documents- logframes- indicators. − This will include the following tasks:+ − Identify sources of data, collection methods, who collects data, frequency of data collection, estimated cost of collection and who analyzes it. − Develop criteria and evaluation scheme for the programs’ outcomes and impact. − Assist in the preparation of detailed M&E budget and calendar of M&E activities. − 2) Execute M&E activities included in the Annual Work Plan, with particular focus on results and impact.
