This document describes the room functions in the DECA Space and required resources - except stationaries. The signs required are outlined in the logistics document

Admin Space

• Receptionist desk
• phone calls, inquiries, membership, workshop sign ups, supply demands

• Director desk
• problem solving, scheduling, point of call for family members

• Message Board - in case of absence, leave a message

Community Area

• The heart of DECA with the community area facilitator, least structured, hang out area, gathers information about workshops, ideas for other parts of space, games, idea/question/comments/suggestions box
• Place to co-work, do homework, be mentored

Former sound lab

• Locked most of the time and open for specific projects/available for rent

• Space to hold self expression workshops and screenings
