-The project incubation, expected to last for the duration of two years, began in January 2013.
-احتضان المشروع بدأ في يناير ٢٠١٣ و سيستمر لمده سنتين. اما المشروع ككل مدته خمس سنوات.
-دعم اضف كان من المفترض ان يغطي فتره ٢٠١٢-٢٠١٣ لكن تم الطلب من OSF علي ان تقوم بتوفير دعم ل ٢٠١٣ و ٢٠١٤.
-ADEF incubation fund was supposed to cover 2012-2013 but they asked OSF to cover the project for 2013-2014.
-انجز فريق العمل الجزء الخاص ب البحث و تم العمل علي استراتيجيه للمشروع يقوم الفريق بترجمتها الان علي ان تكون النسخه العربيه جاهزه في خلال اسبوع.
-The team has completed the research phase and has set up a strategy, which is currently being translated into Arabic and should be ready within a week.
-من الصعب التغيير الشامل للنظام التعليمي في هذه المرحله لأن الحكومه عقدت اتفاقيات مع شركات مثل مايكروسوفت ستعيق هذا التغيير.
-The project is going to take the shape of integration (because of the government’s already existing deals with international companies like Microsoft) since it will be difficult to completely revolutionize the system of education at this point. It is a strategy of gradual replacement of already existing strategies put into place by the Ministries of Education and Communications years ago.
- لذلك الاستراتيجيه المتبعه ستكون في شكل تغيير تدريجي للاستراتيجيات المتبعه من قبل وزارتي التعليم و الاتصالات.
-There is an official strategy: Working with community areas, private schools as ECA, and private schools as full year curriculum.
-الاستراتيجيه الرسميه للمشروع: العمل مع مجتمعات، مدارس خاصه مثل ECA, و توفير منهج لسنه كامله لمدارس خاصه.
-Future plans include working on preparing a curriculum as well as setting up a panel to come up with helpful ideas (in ADEF this month/next month)
-المشاريع المستقبليه: العمل علي انجاز منهج، عقد ملتقي في اضف في فبراير او مارس لإيجاد افكار تساعد علي إنجاز المشروع.
-By April 2014, Shady needs to set up a separate entity for the project. The options of it being a company or an NGO are currently being evaluated.
-شادي يحتاج الي تأسيس كيان منفصل لمشروعه في ابريل ٢٠١٤. جاري التفكير في مسأله ان تكون شركه او منظمه غير حكوميه.
