The program is designed to work on the dynamic movement of your body, strengthen your core muscles and their flexibility, and how to connect and communicate between mind and body using certain physical movements. The workshops begin with body stretching and warmup, how to stand, fall, shift weight, and how the body deals with gravity, then afterward participants develop ideas to produce and perform dance sketches to be presented on April 30th.
